Homestead Swim Camp: Homestead is proud to introduce the first annual swim camp offered to Southwest Allen County Schools students. The program is designed to give prospective swimmers a chance to get their feet wet in an amazing sport that teaches so many great lifeskills that will promote positive self esteem with a focus on learning while having fun in the water. High School swimmers This club will meet two times a week on Tuesday and Thursday at Summit Middle School. Practices will go from 4:00 – 6:00 PM Middle School swimmers This club will meet two times a week on Tuesday and Thursday at Summit Middle School. Practices will go from 4:00 – 6:00 PM Elementary School swimmers This Club will meet two times a week on Monday and Wednesday from 4:00 – 6:00 Learn to Swim camp This group will meet for 30 minutes once a week. We will have two groups. We will have a beginner group from 5:00 – 5:30 and an advanced group from 5:30 – 6:00 • Beginner swimmers will need to be able to be comfortable in the water away from a parent. • Advance swimmers should be comfortable in the water, able to go under without assistance, and able to float without assistance. Fees: High School: Free Starting Sept 5th and ending Oct. 25th Middle School: $30.00 per month Starting Sept 5th and ending Oct. 25th Elementary School: $30.00 per month Starting Sept 6h and ending Oct. 26th Learn to Swim Camp: $40.00 per month Starting Sept 6th and ending Oct. 26th See attached flyer for more information.
